Our cloud and server installed products are licenced as a subscription. Subscriptions include standard support and the supply of maintenance updates and enhancement upgrades. All products have unlimited users. JobTrack can be subscribed as a standard hosted service (per concurrent* user) or you can subscribe to a dedicated hosted server** or choose to have JobTrack installed on your own server and network

CONCURRENT USER or DEDICATED HOSTED SERVER or INSTALLED SERVER WHAT'S THE DIFFERENCE?

  • You want the software to be fast and low cost to implement and preferably provided and managed by a trusted Australian company and hosted securely in Australia.
  • No installation required, it's secure, automatic daily backups, includes, maintenance updates/upgrades and standard support
  • You need less than 25 system users to login at the same time
  • You don't have higher than standard data loads
  • You don't have any business prerequisite for a dedicated server environment
  • Concurrent gives you value, http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Concurrent_user
  • You like to be flexible and only pay for what you need, so you can change the number of concurrent users as required, on demand.
  • Your system integration requirements are minimal, such as linking to your accounting system

Some businesses simply prefer a dedicated server environment to a shared server or have prerequisites. If any of the following apply to your business, you should talk to stSoftware about a dedicated server;

  • You've already justified the additional costs of setting up, maintaining and upgrading your own network and server hardware/software environment and have reliable daily off-site backup processes

All prices are for an ongoing subscription, are inclusive of GST and are charged per concurrent login per month or per dedicated server. *Concurrent: means the maximum number of users able to login concurrently (at the same time). We don't count every user, we only count the maximum number of concurrent logins so you get better value. No named user licences. ** A dedicated server licence has no licence limit on the number of concurrent users, the concurrent use is only limited by machine specifications. † All hosted systems have a maximum of 1GB of data per concurrent login.
